Support Questions

If a short link is not working, first make sure the URL was copied correctly and includes the full short code. Some links may stop working if they are removed for abuse, if the destination site is unavailable, or if the destination URL was invalid when it was submitted. If you still need help, send us the short link and a description of what happened when you tried to open it.

Report Abuse

We do not allow URLZLY links to be used for phishing, malware, spam, deceptive downloads, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass platform rules. If you believe a short link points to harmful content, please report it. Abuse reports help us protect visitors and keep the service useful for legitimate users.

A useful abuse report includes the exact short URL, the reason for the report, screenshots if relevant, and any safety warning you saw from your browser or security software. We may disable links while reviewing a credible report.

Privacy and Data Requests

You can contact us about privacy questions, cookie concerns, or requests related to personal information. URLZLY stores submitted URLs and basic technical information needed to operate the shortening and click tracking features.
